Chinese Table, the restaurant at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay — directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, two stops from Maihama — holds the buffet fair "Hokkaido Taste Journey" from Tuesday, September 1 to Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
The highlight is a comparison of two kinds of crab — snow crab and red snow crab — alongside Chinese dishes built around Hokkaido ingredients.
Crab, seafood and Hokkaido flavors
The buffet features dishes such as Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) spare ribs, seared scallop with smoked salmon, steamed sockeye salmon with vegetables, and zangi fried chicken.
Seafood ramen, dim sum and annin tofu with Hokkaido fruit sauce round out the line-up — Hokkaido flavors served Chinese-style. A tea buffet with about 20 varieties is also available.
No time limit, right at Shin-Urayasu Station
On both weekdays and weekends, you can stay as long as the restaurant is open — there is no time limit.
Because the hotel sits directly above Shin-Urayasu Station, it is an easy buffet option without going into the Maihama resort area — convenient for a rest-day lunch or dinner during a Disney trip.
