Grand Café at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel in Maihama serves a Thai Food Buffet from Tuesday, September 1 to Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The fair is supervised by Attapol "Naito" Tantong (Chef X), executive chef of Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. Rotating daily dishes include crab curry stir-fry (poo pad pong curry), khao soi gai, tom yum kung and green curry.
Collaboration sweets with THANN
The buffet also features a collaboration with THANN, the Thai natural skincare brand. Sweets inspired by three of its signature scents appear in stages:
- Sept 1 – 20: Savarin
- Sept 21 – Oct 11: Lime jelly
- Oct 12 – 31: Jasmine brûlée
From the Hawaiian buffet to an autumn Thai fair
Grand Café runs its Hawaiian buffet through August 31, then switches to the Thai fair from September 1 — the restaurant changes its theme seasonally, so it is a good pick if you enjoy hotel buffets with a twist during your park trip.
Hours: lunch 11:30–14:30 (until 15:00 on weekends and holidays), dinner 17:00–22:30. On weekends and holidays, seatings are limited to 90 minutes for lunch and 120 minutes for dinner.
