An apartment-style hotel just 1–2 minutes on foot from Urayasu Station (Tokyo Metro Tozai Line express stop). The 30 m² studio rooms include a full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, and a separate toilet and bathroom — designed around a “home-away-from-home” concept. A convenience store is on the ground floor, and a 24-hour supermarket (Trial Seiyu Urayasu) is directly across the street, making self-catering remarkably practical. Bus to TDR takes about 30 minutes. This hotel occupies a rare niche — a base that works equally well for Disney and central Tokyo sightseeing (Akihabara, Ginza, Skytree). This review covers strengths, weaknesses, and access from a local perspective. Prices and times are estimates based on 2025–2026 research.

Best For
- Guests who want to cook or self-cater — 24-hour supermarket directly across the street; full kitchen and appliances in all rooms
- Guests combining Disney and central Tokyo sightseeing — About 18 min to Otemachi from Urayasu Station on the Tozai Line express; Akihabara ~30 min, Ginza ~25 min, Skytree ~40 min. A “Day 1: Disney, Day 2: Tokyo sightseeing” itinerary fits perfectly
- Extended stays and multi-night visits requiring laundry — In-room washing machine in every unit; no need to visit a shared coin laundry
May Not Suit
- Guests looking for a breakfast-included plan — No breakfast service (self-catering with in-room kitchen is the intended approach)
- Guests wanting a quick train ride to TDR — Bus (approx. 30 min) is the practical option; the direct train route to Maihama is complicated
- Guests wanting a large communal bath — No large bath (in-room bath only, separate from toilet)

Local Notes
BAYHOTEL Urayasu Ekimae’s biggest differentiator is the combination of the location directly in front of Urayasu Station and the 24-hour supermarket across the street. Hotels in the area often struggle with supermarket access, but here you step out and find a 24-hour supermarket (Trial Seiyu Urayasu) right in front of you. Combined with the fully equipped in-room kitchen, guests can dramatically reduce food costs.
The Tozai Line express from Urayasu to Otemachi in 18 minutes is also an advantage Shin-Urayasu hotels simply cannot replicate. For guests who want to spend one day at Disney and explore central Tokyo on another day, this is one of the few hotels in the area genuinely suited to that plan.
